Privacy Notice

Who we are. ProntoFrog (“we”, “us”) is a new UK software service, currently pre-launch. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@prontofrog.com. (Data controller: ProntoFrog. Once our UK company is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the company’s registered name and number.)

What we collect. Only what you type into the waitlist form: your business name and email address. Nothing else. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this page.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis. With your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we use your details to:

• tell you when ProntoFrog launches;
• send occasional pre-launch updates; and
• send your founding-member offer at launch.

Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of processors purely to operate the waitlist: our email-delivery provider (to send you updates) and our cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, UK region). They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it. Until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period, or until you ask us to remove it or withdraw consent — whichever is sooner.

Your rights. You can ask us to: access a copy of your data; correct it; erase it; or withdraw consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk.
